This Privacy Policy describes how our Facebook application (“App”) collects, uses, and protects information when you connect your Facebook Pages through our service.
1. Information We Collect
When you log in with Facebook and grant access to your Pages, we collect the following information:
- Facebook User ID — to identify your account within our system
- Page Access Tokens — to publish content on your behalf to your Facebook Pages
- Page Names and Profile Pictures — to display your connected Pages in our dashboard
We do not collect your personal Facebook profile data, friends list, private messages, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:
- Publishing Reels (video content) to your Facebook Pages on your behalf
- Posting comments on published Reels on your behalf
- Retrieving basic statistics and insights for published content
- Displaying your connected Pages in the management dashboard
3. Data Storage and Security
- All access tokens are stored in an encrypted format (AES-256-CBC) on our secure server
- We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any third parties
- Access to your data is restricted to authorized administrators only
- We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than the stated functionality
4. Facebook Permissions
Our App requests the following Facebook permissions:
- pages_manage_posts — to publish Reels and comments on your Pages
- pages_show_list — to display a list of Pages you manage
- pages_read_engagement — to read basic engagement metrics for published content
5. Data Retention
We retain your Page access tokens and related data for as long as your Pages remain connected to our service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Deletion
You can revoke our App’s access at any time by:
- Going to your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → removing our App
- Contacting us directly to request data deletion
Upon revocation or deletion request, all stored tokens and data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.
7. Third-Party Services
Our App interacts only with the Facebook Graph API (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to perform the actions described above. No other third-party services have access to your data.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
